How it works
1. You start by describing your difficulties – you will receive a short questionnaire.
2. Step by step, we go through the key phases of your life (recent years and major turning points, early adulthood, childhood).
3. In the final email, you receive a summary of your unique pattern and recommendations for your next steps.
What you receive
• 8–10 email exchanges (over 3–6 weeks).
• Each response from me is 400–800 words long, with clear explanations, practical steps, and new questions.
• The entire process is in writing – so you can return to it anytime and work at your own pace, while still receiving personal guidance in every step.
My role is to
• help you identify the hidden connections behind illness or pain,
• explain why your body repeats certain patterns,
• and show you how to consciously change them.
This written format allows for detailed guidance without the need for live calls, making the process flexible and accessible wherever you are.
